The Pearson family has been in Trego county for 145 years when Swen Pearson homesteaded in 1879. Swen started a small farm to help provide for his family, which grew gradually until Green-Valley Farm was purchased in the 1960’s.

The current generation of the Pearson family is continuing to grow the farm by transitioning to fully regenerative practices, as well as beginning to provide agritourism opportunities.
